Refunds and Returns Policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • Certain items, such as clearance or final sale products, are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions if eligible.
  3. Pack and Ship: Safely package the product in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided by our support team.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


4. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number.
  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% of the product’s price may apply. This will be communicated to you during the return process.


8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed as the order may have already been processed.
